Diletta Parente

President Valueloops – FWH creator

Diletta has been involved in the non-for profit sector since 2012 when she let her broadcasting journalistic career at the side to pursue her passion for sustainability and environment protection. She co-founded 2 organization dedicated to social action against food waste (http://aprofitemelsaliments.org/es/) and exponential education (http://lifeline-learning.com). But it is with Valueloops created in 2017, that she finally achieved her dream of having a project totally dedicated helping organizations to find how they can better perform as a sustainable business.

At Valueloops we believe it is possible to achieve socially inclusive and environmentally sustainable economic growth. We want to drive this movement by fostering circular innovation across all business models.

We leverage our experience and expertise to help organizations identify and optimize circular opportunities that will drive sustainable innovation within their businesses.

Monica Chitnis

Co-Founder Valueloops – CEO Tesseract Talent

Monica is a senior financial and strategic planning expert. She is a passionate investor entrepreneur with a Philanthropic interest in food waste.

She began her career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan in New York, and has since held senior positions in finance, financial services, private equity, and asset management over a 25-year career. Monica has also led fundraising campaigns in both the for- and not-for-profit sectors.

During her tenure in private equity, Monica did extensive financial modelling, valuation work, and IRR analyses for both GP and LP investors. On the manufacturing side, Monica oversaw the finance function of an apparel manufacturer with multiple locations across Asia, Middle East, Europe, and Africa, specializing in capital structure optimization, project financing, and tax management strategies. During a break from finance, she has also been an entrepreneur, teaching herself how to cook professionally and founding her own successful restaurant in the Caribbean.

She currently founded and lead a new startup http://tesseractalent.com/ on a mission to help every professional reach their full potential in their working life.

Mariela Atanassova

Group Dynamics Master Designer at FWH – CEO at Group Flow

Mela facilitates group dynamics, and learning, by turning words, ideas and concepts into pictures. She’s an engineer, a geek and a facilitator. She has an authentic way of inspiring groups to work better, to learn, to create and to innovate. She’s had a significant role in developing the Food Waste Hackathon vision and mission, designing many of the learning modules in the event. Mela has an extraordinary capacity to generate original ideas and turn them into a process that engages people and their creativity.

Tim Dunne

Group Leader Facilitators – Senior expert in Creativity

Tim has twenty-five years of experience in corporate selling, finance, management and facilitative leadership. His focus is breakthrough learning that invites new behaviours by individuals. Tim has brought this skill set to his consulting work with Procter & Gamble, Raytheon, Astra-Zeneca, Deutsche-Bank, BNP Paribas, Societe Generale, Cartier, Montblanc, TE Connectivity, and the World Bank.

Tim’s focus is creativity and innovation Tim has helped bring structured creativity and innovation to the National Science Foundation and the UK’s Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Councils, using the Sandpit model to help academic researchers develop cutting edge research proposals to propel science and industry into the second half of this century.

Tim has been involved with the Creative Problem Solving Institute since 1993. He is a leader on the faculty at the Institute; facilitating and further studying innovation, team building and leadership. He is also a life-member of the Creative Education Foundation. Tim helped found the CREA Conference in Italy, which is the largest creativity conference in Europe. Tim coordinated the CREA conference in Italy in 2004 and 2005 and continues to serve as a leader on the faculty there each April.

Xavier Loscos Arenas

Event Ambassador – Chief Strategic Management Transmission Group

Xavi has twenty years of experience in the management of human resources. He serves as professor at the Esade University. His focus is mainly in functional economy. Xavi has brought this skill set to his consulting work with Transimision Group.

Gloria Balil

Event Manager

Gloria’ obtained her doctorate at University of Houston, and after almost a decade of practicing as an optometrist she quit her profession to become a full-time mother of three and a part-time writer. During that time, she founded an event called La Noche de la Sinvergüenza, a one-night show in Barcelona that gives the opportunity to amateur artists to perform on a real stage. Thanks to this project, Gloria became known in Barcelona as an event organizer and ever since she has been involved in several projects, such as Matilda&Cook’s night events’ organizer since 2014, CEFIC’s Annual Dinner Event in 2016 and KnowInnovation’s training workshop. Gloria combines event organization with manging the development in Spain of a sustainable health and beauty Austrian company.

Luis Ribo

Marketing Strategist FWH

Luis has over 12 years of experience working in advertising and commercial communication.

He is currently focusing on the development of shared value creation projects.

He worked for companies like (Unilever, Nestlé, PepsiCo, Danone, Caprabo, Nescafe), Foundations (Fundación Once, Fundación Antena 3, Affinity Foundation) and NGOs (Red Cross, Humana, Pallapupas) in the development of strategic CSR plans, social marketing, Stakeholder Engagement and Employee Engagement projects, communication and

fundraising campaigns, development of social action programs, creation of social content, both from AlterCompany and from his own company: The Social Movers.

He believes in brand activism (brands working for a better world: they have the need, the capacity and it can suppose an opportunity for them), in new economic and production models that are more sustainable and responsible, in companies that are more committed to their environment, in new human models of communication trough values and especially in the people’s power to change our world.

Glenn Goodwin

Creative Director

Glenn has over 30 years creative experience globally in Advertising, Branding and Packaging.

He began his career at the early age of 17, and by his 18th birthday he was ‘head of art’ of a large London taking full responsibility of any design work passing through the studio. He worked with a number of writers, one of whom I teamed together with to form a 7 year partnership.

He then decided to broaden his horizons and was approached by an Advertising Agency in New Zealand to set up a Creative Department in one of their main offices.

Having accomplished that task, the next step for him was becoming a Freelancer to broaden his skills even further, and to have the chance of managing my his own company Goodesign Ltd, which I managed for 3yrs.

He then became part of a large progressive Interactive Design and Marketing Agency which gave him the opportunity to develop a new style of company. Which the postion of Creative Director gave him
valuable people skills and creative mentoring.

After a two years of the Creative Director role and 7yrs in New Zealand he decided that it was time to return to Europe returned to London, Barcelona and Amsterdam freelncing for various companies.

Then he was asked to join Batlle Group, Barcelona in June 2007 as a Design Director learning essential style of the Catalan Creative Business.

He is currently living in Barcelona (over 11YRS) and working internationally as a freelance creative/design director for various agencies/clients in Europe, South America, UK, Australasia and Asia.

He is passionate about great intellegent design thinking, and offering strategic solutions for his Clients.
